This roving is made from our own flock of heritage Gulf Coast sheep, then hand-selected in small, seasonal batches by our farmers and students. We naturally dye it here on the farm using our own farm-grown dye stuffs, and send it to a local Georgia mill for final de‑vegging and carding. The result is a clean, workable roving with the natural character of Gulf Coast wool—well suited for spinning, blending, and felting.
