This roving blends our heritage Gulf Coast wool with alpaca for added softness and warmth, then is hand-selected in small, seasonal batches by our farmers and students. We naturally dye it here on the farm using our own farm-grown dye stuffs, and send it to a local Georgia mill for final de‑vegging and carding. The result is a clean, workable roving that drafts smoothly and spins into a warm, resilient yarn.
